In the comprehensive assessment of scientific activities, research and development of scientific units of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Robotics obtained the category A +. As a result of the assessment, the units could obtain categories A, B or C. Category A + obtained units distinguished by the Ministry.
The evaluation was carried out by the Evaluation Committee of Scientific Units on the basis of information on the effects of scientific and R D activities presented by scientific units.

Scientific units were evaluated in joint assessment groups (GWO) set by KEJN for achievements under four criteria:
1) scientific and creative achievements;
2) scientific potential;
3) practical effects of scientific and artistic activities;
4) other effects of scientific and artistic activity.
